Oppo is set to expand its budget-focused K-series lineup in India with the launch of the Oppo K14x 5G on February 10. Ahead of the official debut, fresh certification details suggest that another closely related model, the Oppo K14 5G, could be nearing release, pointing to a broader rollout strategy by the smartphone maker.
An unannounced Oppo handset has surfaced on the Bluetooth SIG certification database under the model number CPH2869, where it has been identified as the Oppo K14 5G. While the company has not formally acknowledged the device, its appearance on a global certification platform typically signals that a launch is approaching, potentially in multiple international markets.
Bluetooth SIG certification is a mandatory requirement for devices that support Bluetooth connectivity, ensuring compliance with global standards for interoperability and performance. Although such listings do not usually reveal specifications, pricing, or design details, they are widely regarded as reliable indicators of upcoming products. The Oppo K14 5G had also appeared earlier in a regulatory filing with Singapore’s Infocomm Media Development Authority in late 2025, further reinforcing expectations of an imminent launch.

The Oppo K14 5G is expected to succeed the Oppo K13 5G, continuing the K-series’ emphasis on affordability combined with dependable performance. Industry observers anticipate that the device will focus on everyday usability, efficient battery management, and accessible 5G connectivity, aligning with Oppo’s strategy in the competitive mid-range smartphone segment.
Meanwhile, the Oppo K14x 5G, which will debut first in India, has already been teased with several key features. These include a large 6,500mAh battery with 45W fast charging support, a 120Hz refresh rate display, a 50-megapixel primary camera, and a MediaTek Dimensity chipset. Based on typical certification-to-launch timelines, the standard Oppo K14 5G could follow the K14x variant within the next few weeks, possibly around March.
