Google Pixel Watch 5 is expected to launch globally next month alongside the Pixel 11 smartphone series, with a new report suggesting that the upcoming smartwatch could be more expensive than its predecessor. The next-generation wearable is tipped to arrive in 41mm and 45mm sizes, with both Wi-Fi-only and Wi-Fi + cellular variants. Google has not yet officially confirmed the Pixel Watch 5 name or the reported specifications.

According to details shared by tipster Billbil-Kun and Dealabs, the 41mm Pixel Watch 5 with Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connectivity could start at EUR 419 in Europe, GBP 369 in the United Kingdom and $399 in the United States. The larger 45mm model with the same connectivity options is tipped to cost EUR 449, GBP 399 and $429 in the respective markets.

The 41mm Pixel Watch 5 with 4G LTE and Wi-Fi connectivity could reportedly be priced at EUR 519 in Europe, GBP 469 in the United Kingdom and $499 in the United States. Meanwhile, the top-end 45mm LTE model is tipped to cost EUR 549, GBP 499 and $529 in the respective markets. The report suggests that select configurations could see a significant price increase compared with the Pixel Watch 4.

The upcoming smartwatch is also expected to be available in several colour options. The 41mm model could reportedly be offered in Anthracite, Pyrite, Rose Gold and Silver, while the larger 45mm version may arrive in Black, Green and Silver. The wearable is tipped to go on sale globally on August 20, although Google has yet to confirm the pricing, colour options or availability details.

Previous reports have suggested that the Pixel Watch 5 could support LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, NFC and ultra-wideband connectivity. The smartwatch is also rumoured to include a satellite SOS feature, potentially expanding its emergency communication capabilities. However, the company has not officially revealed the device, and the reported features and specifications should be treated as unconfirmed until the launch.

Google is expected to unveil the Pixel Watch 5 during the Made by Google 2026 event scheduled for August 12 at 3 pm PT, or August 13 at 3:30 am IST. The event could also see the launch of the Pixel 11, Pixel 11 Pro, Pixel 11 Pro XL and Pixel 11 Pro Fold.
