In a heartbreaking incident in Sangli, Maharashtra, a 17-year-old girl, Sadhna Bhonsle, was beaten to death by her father, Dhondiram Bhonsle, over her low scores in NEET practice tests. Sadhna, a Class 12 student who had excelled with 92.60% in her Class 10 board exams, was preparing for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) when the tragedy unfolded.
