Actor Katrina Kaif became the latest celebrity to visit the Maha Kumbh Mela 2025 in Prayagraj, arriving on Monday with her mother-in-law, Veena Kaushal. Several photos and videos from her visit have surfaced online, showing the duo soaking in the spiritual energy of the grand event.

Dressed in a simple ethnic outfit paired with black sunglasses, Katrina was seen interacting with spiritual leaders Swami Chidanand Saraswati, president of Parmarth Niketan Ashram, and Sadhvi Bhagawati Saraswati. Veena Kaushal, wearing a blue suit, accompanied her as they engaged in deep conversations with the gurus.

Speaking about her experience, Katrina told ANI, “I am very fortunate to be here this time. I am really happy and grateful. I met Swami Chidanand Saraswati and took his blessings. I like the energy, beauty, and significance of everything. I am looking forward to spending the whole day here.”

Her visit comes just weeks after her husband, Vicky Kaushal, attended the Maha Kumbh ahead of the release of his film Chhaava. The period drama has emerged as Bollywood’s first blockbuster of the year, inching toward the ₹400 crore mark.

Maha Kumbh 2025 has seen a steady stream of celebrities, including Akshay Kumar and Coldplay’s Chris Martin, joining millions of devotees at the religious gathering.

Beyond its spiritual significance, the visit also marked a special moment of bonding between Katrina and her mother-in-law, reflecting their close relationship as they immersed themselves in the sacred atmosphere of one of the world’s largest religious congregations.
