Actor Fatima Sana Shaikh has unveiled a heavily customised Royal Enfield motorcycle, sharing her excitement over the finished machine on social media. The motorcycle has been transformed from a standard Royal Enfield into a stripped-back, single-seat custom with a retro-inspired bobber character, giving it a distinctive appearance compared with the original production model.
The custom motorcycle was created through a collaboration involving Bombay Custom Works, YC Design Motorcycles and Buzz Moto. The build focuses on a minimalist design while retaining the recognisable character associated with Royal Enfield motorcycles. Its single-seat configuration gives the motorcycle a more compact and purpose-built appearance, while the overall styling draws heavily from classic bobber motorcycles.
The customisation substantially changes the motorcycle’s visual identity. The standard bodywork has been replaced or modified to create a cleaner and more stripped-down profile, with the emphasis placed on the fuel tank, single rider seat and mechanical elements. The design appears intended to give the motorcycle a more personalised character while maintaining the classic styling associated with Royal Enfield’s range.

Fatima’s social media post showed her posing with the modified motorcycle and expressing her happiness with the finished project. The custom build combines a familiar Royal Enfield platform with design elements chosen specifically for the actor, making the motorcycle different from a showroom-specification model. The collaboration between the customisation and design teams was central to the transformation.
Custom Royal Enfield motorcycles have a strong presence in India’s modification scene, with owners and builders frequently adapting the company’s motorcycles into cafe racers, bobbers and other personalised designs. Such projects can involve changes to the bodywork, seating arrangement, lighting and other components to create a distinct visual style while retaining the underlying motorcycle platform.
Fatima’s latest motorcycle therefore stands out as a personalised take on the Royal Enfield formula rather than a conventional factory model. The single-seat layout and retro-bobber styling give the bike a more individual identity, while the involvement of Bombay Custom Works, YC Design Motorcycles and Buzz Moto adds to its custom-built character. The actor’s enthusiastic reaction suggests the finished motorcycle has matched the vision behind the project.
