Shahid Kapoor, Kriti Sanon and Rashmika Mandanna-starrer Cocktail 2 continued its strong run at the global box office on Day 4, moving steadily closer to the ₹100 crore milestone worldwide. The film, directed by Homi Adajania, has maintained consistent momentum since its release on June 19, showing solid audience traction across both domestic and overseas markets.
According to trade tracker Sacnilk, Cocktail 2 collected ₹6.35 crore net in India on Monday from 9,785 shows, taking its total domestic net earnings to ₹53.85 crore. The film’s domestic gross collection now stands at ₹64.56 crore, reflecting steady weekday performance after a strong opening weekend. The film opened with ₹13.5 crore on its first day and saw significant growth over the weekend, earning ₹16.25 crore on Saturday and ₹17.75 crore on Sunday in India.
This upward trend during the opening days helped the film build a strong base, even as weekday numbers showed a natural moderation in momentum. Overseas markets have also contributed significantly to the film’s performance. On Monday, Cocktail 2 earned ₹1.50 crore internationally, taking its total overseas gross to ₹20.75 crore. Combined with domestic figures, the film’s worldwide gross collection now stands at ₹85.31 crore after four days of release, placing it firmly on track to cross the ₹100 crore mark in the coming days if the current trend continues.

Despite facing competition from multiple releases, including Bobby Deol’s Bandar, the Hollywood horror film Obsession, Imtiaz Ali’s Main Vaapas Aaunga and Vikram Bhatt’s Haunted 3D: Echoes of the Past, the film has managed to retain audience interest. Industry observers note that strong star power and genre appeal have helped Cocktail 2 maintain its box office stability.
The original Cocktail, released in 2012 and starring Deepika Padukone, Saif Ali Khan and Diana Penty, was widely appreciated for its contemporary storytelling. The sequel continues the franchise’s thematic focus but explores a different narrative direction, with critics noting its shift in tone and character dynamics. As the film progresses through its first week, all eyes remain on whether it can sustain its current pace and enter the coveted ₹100 crore worldwide club.
