Bollywood power couple Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor have long faced intense scrutiny from social media users ever since their 2022 wedding. Speculation, memes, and comments about their relationship have flooded the internet, but Alia recently shared that none of it truly affects them. In a candid interview with Esquire India, she explained how the couple remains unfazed by the “noise,” viewing it as fleeting and unreal compared to their real-life connection.
Alia highlighted the contrast between brief online clips and their actual timeline together. “The noise doesn’t reach us. Because it’s not real. They’re responding to three-and-a-half seconds or seven seconds of what they’re seeing. We’ve been together for seven years. That’s way more seconds than what people are commenting on,” she said. She added that such chatter doesn’t even register as a bother in their lives, comparing it to irrelevant opinions in a crowded room—only a few truly matter, while the rest fade away.
The actress stressed the stability of their family dynamic, which remains unchanged despite external opinions. “Is my reality changing? No. Is my family dynamic changing? Not at all. Am I living my dream? Yes. Do I go to sleep every day with a grateful heart? One hundred per cent,” Alia affirmed. This grounded perspective underscores her focus on personal happiness over public validation, a refreshing take in an era of constant online commentary.

Recently, the couple enjoyed a peaceful New Year getaway with their daughter Raha, returning to Mumbai on January 7. Alia marked the start of 2026 with a heartwarming Instagram post featuring a fairytale moment: her in a white dress as a fairy godmother, wand in hand, while Ranbir lifted little Raha joyfully into the air. The all-white family silhouette against a sunset backdrop captured their blissful vacation vibe and drew widespread admiration from fans.
On the professional front, Alia and Ranbir are gearing up to reunite on screen in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s epic Love & War, alongside Vicky Kaushal. The film promises a dramatic wartime love triangle, blending duty and desire. Their real-life harmony continues to shine through, proving that seven years of togetherness outweigh any fleeting internet judgment.
