Aprilia India has introduced a new visual update for its premium scooter lineup with the launch of the Aprilia SR 175 Tribute, featuring a military-inspired camouflage paint scheme. The latest edition adds a distinctive Matte Green colour option to the model range, combining olive green, khaki and brown tones designed to resemble tactical camouflage patterns.

The new design theme has been positioned as a blend of rugged styling and patriotic inspiration while retaining the brand’s sporty identity. The scooter’s body panels feature a matte-finish camouflage layout that gives it a more aggressive road presence compared to the standard variants. The design language continues Aprilia’s focus on performance-oriented aesthetics in the scooter segment.

To enhance contrast, the company has incorporated fluorescent orange accents across key visual elements. These highlights are prominently visible on the Aprilia and SR branding placed on the front apron and side panels, creating a sharp visual break from the muted camouflage base. The same orange detailing is also applied to rim tapes on the blacked-out alloy wheels, reinforcing the scooter’s sporty character.

While the visual changes are the primary update, the mechanical setup of the Aprilia SR 175 Tribute remains unchanged. It continues to be powered by a 175 cc High-Performance Efficiency (hp-e) single-cylinder engine, producing 13.08 bhp at 7,200 rpm and 14.14 Nm of peak torque at 6,000 rpm. The engine is tuned to offer responsive acceleration, making it suitable for both city commuting and spirited riding conditions.

The SR 175 platform is known for its performance-focused scooter dynamics, and the new Tribute edition continues that positioning without any changes to its underpinnings. The suspension setup, braking system and overall chassis configuration remain consistent with the existing model, ensuring the riding experience stays familiar for current SR 175 users.

With this update, Aprilia aims to strengthen its appeal in the premium scooter market by offering a more visually distinctive option. The SR 175 Tribute caters to riders seeking a combination of sporty performance and bold styling, while retaining the mechanical reliability and performance characteristics associated with the SR range.
