Ranveer Singh’s Dhurandhar has taken the box office by storm, collecting an estimated Rs 31 crore on its second day, Saturday, according to early reports from Sacnilk. The film’s two-day total now stands at Rs 58 crore, indicating a strong upward trajectory and sustained audience interest.
The action drama recorded an overall theatre occupancy of 39.63% on Saturday, with morning shows at 17.26%, afternoon shows at 35.46%, evening shows at 42.65%, and night screenings achieving a peak turnout of 63.16%. Among major cities, Pune registered the highest occupancy at 49.50%, reflecting regional enthusiasm for the film.
Directed by Aditya Dhar, Dhurandhar features a star-studded cast including Sara Arjun, Akshaye Khanna, Arjun Rampal, Sanjay Dutt, and R. Madhavan. The film’s high-octane action sequences and strong performances have contributed to its positive word-of-mouth, boosting footfalls across theatres nationwide.

Comparatively, Dhurandhar has delivered the third-biggest opening of 2025, behind War 2 and Vicky Kaushal’s Chhaava.
With the current momentum, analysts predict increased showings and box office growth in the coming days. If the trend continues, Dhurandhar is poised to cross the Rs 100 crore mark, further cementing Ranveer Singh’s standing as one of Bollywood’s most bankable stars. The film’s success also underscores audience appetite for action dramas and multi-starrer spectacles, with Dhurandhar emerging as a major contender for the year’s highest-grossing releases.
