Chief Minister Mohan Yadav is set to release the latest financial assistance under the Ladli Behna Yojana on Wednesday, marking the disbursement of the 36th instalment of the state’s flagship women-centric welfare scheme.
The event will be held in Gotegaon in Narsinghpur district, where the Chief Minister will formally initiate a large-scale digital transfer of funds. The programme is being closely followed across Madhya Pradesh, with over 1.25 crore registered women beneficiaries expected to receive direct financial support under the initiative.
According to official details, the state government will transfer more than Rs 1,836 crore in a single click during the ceremony. Each eligible beneficiary will receive Rs 1,500 directly into their linked bank accounts through a digital payment system designed to ensure quick and transparent delivery of welfare benefits.

Officials said this instalment continues the government’s ongoing support under the Ladli Behna Yojana, which has already seen multiple rounds of disbursements in previous months. With this latest release, the cumulative financial assistance under the scheme has reportedly crossed Rs 55,000 crore, highlighting its scale as a major social welfare initiative in the state.
Beneficiaries have also been provided access to an online tracking facility through the official portal cmladlibahna.mp.gov.in, where they can verify payment status using their Samagra ID or registration number. The system requires mobile-based OTP authentication, allowing recipients to confirm the transfer of funds directly and independently.
The government has described the programme as part of its broader focus on women’s empowerment and financial inclusion. As the Chief Minister leads the event in Narsinghpur, authorities expect the latest instalment to provide immediate financial relief and further strengthen household-level economic security across rural and urban regions of Madhya Pradesh.
