The upcoming Vivo X Fold 6 is set to launch in China on June 26, and ahead of its official debut, key details including pricing, storage variants, and specifications have surfaced online. The new book-style foldable will serve as the next flagship device in the company’s foldable lineup, with leaks suggesting significant upgrades in performance, battery capacity, and software features.
According to leaked information shared by tipster Tech Little Q on Weibo, the Vivo X Fold 6 will be offered in four storage configurations. The base model is expected to come with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage, priced at CNY 9,999 (approximately ₹1.40 lakh). The 12GB + 512GB variant may cost CNY 10,999 (around ₹1.54 lakh), while a higher 16GB + 512GB model is tipped at CNY 11,499 (nearly ₹1.61 lakh).
At the top end, the premium variant featuring 16GB RAM and 1TB storage is expected to be priced at CNY 12,499 (about ₹1.75 lakh), making it significantly more expensive than its predecessor. For comparison, the previous Vivo X Fold 5 launched in China at a starting price of CNY 6,999 and went up to CNY 9,499 depending on the configuration, highlighting a notable price jump for the upcoming model.

In terms of specifications, the Vivo X Fold 6 is rumoured to feature a large 7,000mAh battery, which would make it one of the highest-capacity batteries in a foldable smartphone. A Vivo executive had previously confirmed that the device would carry a battery larger than 6,000mAh, with leaks also claiming it can deliver up to 9.8 hours of heavy usage on a single charge. The device is expected to run on Android 16-based OriginOS 6 Fold, tailored specifically for foldable devices.
The handset is scheduled to be officially unveiled in China at 7:00 pm local time (4:30 pm IST) on June 26. With its high-end specifications, increased battery capacity, and premium pricing, the Vivo X Fold 6 is positioned as a flagship foldable aimed at power users and early adopters of next-generation smartphone technology.
