Indian cricket sensation Ravindra Jadeja has solidified his reign as the world’s No. 1 Test all-rounder, soaring to 422 rating points, 117 points ahead of Bangladesh’s Mehidy Hasan Miraz, in the latest ICC Men’s Test Player Rankings. His stellar performance, including a gritty 107 not out and four wickets, propelled him five spots to 29th among batters and one spot to 14th among bowlers.
Meanwhile, Abhishek Sharma claimed the top T20I batter ranking with 829 points, overtaking Australia’s Travis Head after a 5-0 series win in the Caribbean.
Washington Sundar also shone, climbing eight places to 65th among batters and joint-13th among all-rounders after a maiden Test century and a 203-run stand with Jadeja in a dramatic draw at Manchester.
England’s Joe Root extended his lead as the top Test batter, while Ben Stokes rose to third among all-rounders. Jofra Archer and Chris Woakes also made notable gains in the bowling rankings.
In T20Is, Australia’s Josh Inglis broke into the top 10, with Tim David and Cameron Green hitting career-best ranks, alongside West Indies’ Brandon King.
