In a groundbreaking move to bring government services directly to citizens, Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin is set to inaugurate the much-anticipated ‘Ungaludan Stalin’ (Stalin With You) outreach program on July 15 in Chidambaram, Cuddalore district.
This innovative initiative will roll out a massive campaign of 3,563 service camps across the state—1,428 in urban areas and 2,135 in rural regions—during its first phase from July 15 to August 15. Unlike traditional setups, these camps will operate four days a week (Tuesday to Friday), making government services more accessible than ever.
With over 2,370 volunteers mobilized to spread awareness and distribute application forms, the government is doubling down on its promise to eliminate bureaucratic hurdles. The move is designed so the government machinery “goes to the people,” ending the frustrating cycle of public running “from pillar to post,” as highlighted by Additional Chief Secretary P. Amudha.

To further boost transparency, a dedicated Ungaludan Stalin website is set to launch alongside the program, allowing citizens to track their petitions and requests at every stage. The Chief Minister has also mandated that all petitions received through this platform be resolved within 45 days, with an appeal system in place for dissatisfied applicants.
In an impressive show of community involvement, around 100,000 NGO members will assist in distributing pamphlets and applications, supporting approximately 10,000 camps planned statewide through November.
This sweeping outreach is expected to revolutionize how Tamil Nadu’s residents interact with their government—streamlining services, cutting down wait times, and bringing relief directly to the doorstep.
