An IndiGo flight scheduled to depart from Ahmedabad’s Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport to Diu at 11:15 am on Wednesday was cancelled after pilots aborted take-off due to technical issues. Airport officials confirmed the cancellation, ensuring all 50-plus passengers and crew members remained safe.
According to airline sources, the pilots stopped the take-off roll after identifying a technical problem, prioritizing safety. The decision led to the flight’s cancellation, with no further details disclosed about the issue.
IndiGo has yet to announce rescheduling plans for the affected passengers.
