Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu embarked on a two-day visit to New Delhi on Tuesday to engage with key Union Ministers, discuss state development projects, and attend a memorial event for former Prime Minister PV Narasimha Rao. Naidu departed from Gannavaram Airport at 10 am and is expected to land in Delhi by noon.
His schedule includes a 1 pm meeting with Union Home Minister Amit Shah, followed by a 2:30 pm discussion with the Delhi Metro managing director to explore metro rail projects for Andhra Pradesh. At 3:30 pm, Naidu will deliver an address at a memorial event for PV Narasimha Rao at Murti Marg. The day concludes with a 7 pm meeting with Union IT Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw.
On Wednesday, Naidu’s agenda includes a 10 am meeting with Union Labour and Employment Minister Mansukh L Mandaviya and a 2:30 pm discussion with Union Jal Shakti Minister CR Patil at Jal Shakti Bhavan. His final engagement is a 4:30 pm meeting with Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman to discuss fiscal support for Andhra Pradesh.

Naidu will stay overnight in Delhi on July 16 and return to Amaravati on the morning of July 17, departing at 9:30 am. The visit underscores Naidu’s focus on securing central support for Andhra Pradesh’s infrastructure and economic growth.
