Union Minister of State for Personnel Jitendra Singh announced that over 1.25 crore public grievances have been addressed through the Central Public Grievances Redressal and Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) portal since 2020.
The minister shared this in a written reply to the Lok Sabha, highlighting the government’s efforts to streamline grievance redressal.
On August 23, 2024, the Centre issued guidelines reducing the resolution time from 30 days to 21 days. From 2020 to June 30, 2025, a total of 1,25,85,012 grievances were resolved, with 23,19,569 in 2020, 21,35,923 in 2021, 21,43,468 in 2022, 23,07,674 in 2023, 26,45,869 in 2024, and 10,32,509 in 2025 so far.
The CPGRAMS portal continues to enable citizens to raise and track grievances efficiently.
