Golf legend Tiger Woods has confirmed his relationship with Vanessa Trump, the ex-daughter-in-law of U.S. President Donald Trump. The 82-time TOUR winner made the announcement through social media, sharing intimate photos of the couple.
“Love is in the air and life is better with you by my side! We look forward to our journey through life together. At this time, we would appreciate privacy for all those close to our hearts,” Woods wrote in his post on X (formerly Twitter) along with two photos of the couple -- one showing them standing side by side and another with them lying together.
Vanessa was previously married to Donald Trump Jr., tying the knot in 2005 at the Mar-a-Lago club in Florida. She filed for divorce in 2018, which was finalized later that year after resolving child custody matters. The former couple shares five children, including 17-year-old Kai Trump, who attends the same school as Woods’s children, Charlie and Sam. Kai is set to play golf at the University of Miami in 2026.
Woods, who was previously married to Swedish model Elin Nordegren, divorced in 2010 after his highly publicized infidelity scandal. Since then, the 15-time major champion has had several high-profile relationships, including with Olympic skier Lindsey Vonn and Erica Herman. His relationship with Herman ended in a legal dispute, though the lawsuit was later dropped.
The news of Woods’ latest romance comes as he continues his recovery from Achilles tendon surgery. In March, he revealed he had ruptured his left Achilles while training. “I felt a sharp pain,” he shared, before confirming he had undergone successful surgery.
