The police registered a case against her under sections 115(2) and 118(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita for voluntarily causing hurt and grievous injuries, following a complaint lodged by the victim’s brother on Friday evening.
The couple, Ravina Sain from Sunel village and Kanhayalal Sain, 25, from Bakani, tied the knot one-and-a-half years ago but reportedly had a tumultuous relationship marked by frequent disputes.
