Udaipur Police have swiftly arrested three individuals connected to a private IT firm—CEO Jeetesh Sisodia of GKM IT Private Limited, senior executive Shilpa Sirohi, and her husband Gaurav—for the alleged gang rape of a female colleague inside a moving vehicle. The arrests were made following a detailed complaint by the survivor, whose medical examination confirmed injuries consistent with sexual assault, providing prima facie evidence to support the grave allegations.
The incident unfolded after a company-sponsored birthday and New Year celebration on December 20 at a hotel in the Shobhagpura area, where the party extended late into the night until approximately 1:30 am. The survivor, having consumed alcohol and feeling intoxicated, was offered a ride home by the accused, but was instead persuaded by the female executive to join what was described as an after-party gathering.
As per the complaint, the victim was made to smoke an unknown substance purchased en route, leading to a rapid loss of consciousness. Upon intermittently regaining awareness, she alleged discovering the CEO molesting her, followed by sexual assaults committed by all three accused in the car, despite her repeated pleas to be taken home immediately.

The survivor was eventually dropped off around 5 am and later noticed missing personal belongings such as an earring, socks, and undergarments, alongside painful injuries to her private parts. Crucial to the case is dashcam footage from the vehicle, which captured both audio and video of the incident, serving as pivotal evidence in the ongoing police investigation.
The accused trio have been presented before a court for remand and further legal action, while authorities continue to corroborate the survivor's account through statements, forensic reports, and digital recordings in this disturbing case of workplace-related sexual violence.
