Four terror suspects allegedly linked to Pakistan’s Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) and an organised crime network are set to be produced before Delhi’s Patiala House Court on Saturday after the completion of their police custody. The accused were earlier remanded to custody by the court on May 30 for further interrogation in connection with an alleged terror module case being investigated by the Delhi Police Special Cell.
The accused have been identified as Harvinder Singh, Manjeet Singh, Gagandeep Singh and Ang Kami Lama. They were arrested as part of a broader investigation into what police describe as a Pakistan-backed terror module with alleged operational links to the Dawood Ibrahim-led D-Company network. Authorities claim the suspects were acting under the direction of ISI-linked handlers based in Pakistan, though the investigation is still ongoing.
According to investigators, coordinated searches conducted across Delhi and several northern states led to the recovery of weapons and ammunition from the accused. The seized material reportedly included Pakistan-manufactured hand grenades, Glock pistols and a large quantity of live cartridges. Police officials said the recovery pointed towards a planned effort to build operational capability within the country.

The probe has also revealed that the accused allegedly carried out reconnaissance of sensitive locations in multiple cities, including Delhi, Mumbai and parts of Punjab. These locations reportedly included government installations, security establishments and crowded public areas. Investigators believe the group was engaged in gathering intelligence and identifying potential targets as part of a larger conspiracy.
In a related development, another accused in the case, Huzaifa Ahmed Hashmi, was arrested separately and brought from Mumbai to Delhi on transit remand. He was later produced before a Chief Judicial Magistrate, who granted an additional five days of police custody for further questioning. So far, authorities have arrested nine individuals in connection with the case, with five currently in custody as investigations continue.
Police officials have alleged that the network has links to both organised crime and terrorism, involving connections to the Dawood Ibrahim syndicate and foreign handlers. Further details are awaited as the investigation progresses and agencies continue to examine the extent of the alleged cross-border module and its planned activities.
