A disturbing incident occurred in a Ghaziabad housing society on Sunday morning when a class 9 student was allegedly raped by four juveniles, three of whom were her schoolmates, according to police officials. The assault took place while the girl was alone at home, with her mother out at the market.

Authorities state that one of the boys, who had been in contact with the victim via Instagram, arrived at her home around 11:30 AM. When she opened the door, he and three others forcibly entered and allegedly assaulted her. The girl’s mother returned to find the door ajar, discovered the boys inside, and promptly removed her daughter, locking the boys in the room before calling the police.

Before police could arrive, some housing society office-bearers reportedly intervened and released the boys, complicating the response. ACP (Kavinagar) Bhaskar Verma confirmed that the girl’s father filed an FIR against the four juveniles, who are students in classes 9, 10, and 11. The victim underwent a medical examination, but her statement is pending, and no arrests have been made. Police are conducting a thorough investigation to establish the facts and pursue justice.
