Tesla has announced a new Experience Centre at Skymark One in Sector 98, Noida, expanding its retail presence in the National Capital Region (NCR). Announced on October 9, the facility will allow prospective buyers to explore the company’s electric vehicles, arrange test drives and place orders. However, Tesla has not disclosed when the centre will open to the public.
The Noida facility will become Tesla’s third retail touchpoint in the NCR, following its existing locations in Aerocity, New Delhi, and Sohna Road in Gurugram. The expansion is expected to improve access for customers in Noida and surrounding areas who are interested in the company’s electric vehicles. The new centre will focus on sales and customer experience rather than vehicle servicing or repairs.
Tesla currently offers the Model Y Premium RWD and the Model Y L in India. The five-seat Model Y Premium RWD features power-folding seats and storage capacity of up to 2,138 litres. According to the company, the vehicle can accelerate from zero to 100 kmph in 5.9 seconds and has a claimed WLTP driving range of up to 500 km.

The Model Y L is a three-row, all-wheel-drive electric SUV designed to accommodate six occupants. Tesla lists a WLTP range of up to 681 km, acceleration from zero to 100 kmph in 5.0 seconds and cargo capacity of up to 2,539 litres. Both models support over-the-air software updates, allowing features to be updated remotely. These include access to Grok, Tesla’s AI assistant, which supports several Indian languages, including Hindi, Tamil, Marathi, Gujarati, Telugu and Kannada.
While the Noida Experience Centre will handle retail activities, Tesla customers in the region can access charging facilities at several existing locations. These include Aerocity in New Delhi, Sohna Road in Gurugram, One Horizon on Golf Course Road and Nexus Select Citywalk in Saket. The charging network provides additional options for owners as the company develops its presence in the region.
Tesla also lists two approved collision centres serving NCR customers, located in Sector 18, Sarhol, Gurugram, and on Shivaji Marg in Delhi’s Moti Nagar. The facilities offer repairs using genuine parts, trained technicians and software-aware diagnostic systems, according to the company. The Noida centre’s addition broadens Tesla’s retail reach, while servicing and collision repairs will continue to be handled through designated facilities.
