In a bold move set to redefine logistics in India’s rural and non-metro markets, Connect India has merged with the logistics arm of agri-tech platform Faarms to form a powerful new entity — Bharat Supply. Launched on July 18, this game-changing merger has created the country’s largest tech-enabled logistics network dedicated to the heart of India — its villages and small towns.
With operations now spanning 230 districts and reaching over 2 lakh villages, Bharat Supply covers nearly one-third of India’s villages, establishing itself as a dominant force in last-mile delivery and supply chain services. The company boasts a robust local workforce of over 5,000 people and delivers a full suite of logistics solutions including pick-ups, warehousing, sort centre operations, line haul, and 24-hour delivery — even in the most remote areas.
“This is not just a logistics company; it’s a movement toward economic inclusion,” said Vineet Rai, Founder and Chairman of Aavishkaar Group, one of the major backers of Bharat Supply. The platform is also supported by a global network of investors including Cornelius Boersch (founder of Conny & Co), Black Kite Capital, Apoorva Ranjan Sharma, Ramit Mittal, and 3one4 Capital.

The merger brings together the operational expertise of Taranbir Singh and Alok Duggal, co-founders of Faarms, who now lead Bharat Supply with a vision to scale distribution to every corner of Bharat. Their mission? To ensure a farmer in rural Bihar or an entrepreneur in a tier-III town receives the same seamless logistics experience as a customer in Mumbai or Delhi.
Bharat Supply's edge lies in its proprietary tech infrastructure, real-time integrations, and unmatched reach in underserved regions. It promises rapid, reliable delivery from Gujarat to Assam, and even to far-flung regions like the Andaman Islands and Jammu & Kashmir.
The company’s growth trajectory is aggressive, with plans to expand to 300 districts by the end of 2025. It is already proving to be the preferred partner for brands seeking to penetrate deeper into India’s rural economy.
In a country where logistics has long been a bottleneck for rural commerce, Bharat Supply is not just bridging a gap — it's building a highway to opportunity.
