Actor Nani is preparing for his upcoming film Bloody Romeo while also confirming that another project, described as a sweet love story, is in development. The actor has not revealed the official title or detailed plot of the new film, but he indicated that it will be designed for a broad audience, including children and families. The announcement comes after his recent release The Paradise, which received a mixed response from audiences.
Speaking in a conversation with The Hollywood Reporter India, Nani reflected on the nature of his upcoming projects and said he felt disappointed that children could not watch The Paradise in theatres because of its content. He suggested that his next untitled project would be considerably lighter in tone, describing it as something sweet, subtle and accessible to audiences across age groups.
Nani also discussed Bloody Romeo, which is being directed by Sujeeth. While he stopped short of revealing major details about the film, the actor indicated that it would present him in a significantly different avatar. He said the movie will contain violence but will approach it differently from The Paradise, with a stylish presentation and a fresh visual and storytelling treatment.

An animated promo released earlier for Bloody Romeo has offered audiences a glimpse of the unusual world being created for the film. It features Nani's character inside a location called Gangster's Den, where he is seen calmly preparing food before using a grenade as part of the sequence. The character is identified as the No. 1 Gangster, suggesting that the film will combine crime and action elements with an unconventional presentation.
The promotional material has also drawn attention to the film's energetic music and distinctive visual style. Sujeeth is expected to bring a different approach to the violent portions of the story, with Nani indicating that the film will not simply repeat the tone or treatment seen in The Paradise. Details surrounding the plot and characters, however, remain largely under wraps.
While Bloody Romeo is currently the more immediate project being discussed, Nani's confirmation of another love story gives fans an indication of the variety in his upcoming lineup. With the new film still in the early stages and without an official title, further details about its cast, director, storyline and release plans are yet to be announced.
