In a fiery podcast interview on Hindi Rush YouTube channel, actress Rakhi Sawant launched a scathing attack on director Abhinav Kashyap, accusing him of defaming Salman Khan and his family since 2020. Sawant, a longtime beneficiary of Khan’s support, declared the actor a “god on earth” for reviving her career, securing her Bigg Boss appearances, and funding her mother’s cancer treatment. She labeled Kashyap a “liar” and “enemy of Salman,” reigniting the long-standing feud stemming from the making of Dabangg.
Sawant claimed Kashyap was removed from the Dabangg project after engaging in “ladkibazi” (womanising) on set and wasting Khan’s money. She alleged he body-shamed Salman, mocked his health, and spread false accusations against the Khan family. “He’s speaking filth in the media, lying about everything,” she said, warning Kashyap that she would “hit him with slippers” and “throw 10 eggs” if they ever crossed paths.
The controversy traces back to 2020 when Kashyap publicly accused Salman, Arbaaz, Sohail, and Salim Khan of sabotaging his career. Arbaaz filed a legal complaint, while Salman remained silent. Despite this, Kashyap continued targeting the family in interviews. Sawant urged the media to ignore such claims, insisting Kashyap’s allegations were baseless and motivated by personal vendetta.

Sawant’s explosive defense has reignited public interest in the Dabangg fallout, with fans praising her loyalty to Khan. However, the incident highlights ongoing tensions in Bollywood over professional disputes turning personal. No official response has come from Salman Khan or Abhinav Kashyap following Sawant’s statements.
