Tamil superstar Dhanush marked the completion of his upcoming romantic drama Tere Ishk Mein with a star-studded party in Mumbai, joined by Bollywood actresses Kriti Sanon, Mrunal Thakur, Tamannaah Bhatia, and Bhumi Pednekar.
The lively gathering, held after the film’s shoot wrapped, sent social media abuzz with candid photos and selfies shared by the celebrities. The event, hosted by writer-producer Kanika Dhillon, saw Dhanush, the film’s lead alongside Kriti Sanon, in high spirits. Dhillon posted glimpses of the celebration on Instagram, captioning them, “Our Hearts are full! Our OG Raanjhana in the house @dhanushkraja - we love you! With friends old and new- big smiles- bigger hearts! Grateful for the memories.”
Dhanush, dressed casually in blue denim, was all smiles as he posed with the actresses and director Aanand L Rai, who helmed the project. Kriti Sanon, sporting a minimal top, shared group selfies, while Tamannaah stunned in a sleek white outfit, Bhumi rocked a yellow co-ord set, and Mrunal dazzled in a black denim bodycon dress.

Tere Ishk Mein, a spiritual successor to Rai’s 2013 hit Raanjhanaa, explores themes of unrequited love and emotional depth, with A.R. Rahman composing the music. Dhanush and Kriti, who recently attended a Raanjhanaa 12-year anniversary screening in Mumbai, are reuniting with Rai for this project, set for release on November 28, 2025, in Hindi and Tamil.
The party photos, capturing the camaraderie among the stars, went viral, with fans flooding social media with heart emojis and excitement over the rare gathering of such a high-profile crew. Dhanush, fresh off the success of his Telugu-Tamil bilingual Kuberaa with Rashmika Mandanna and Nagarjuna, is also gearing up for his directorial venture Idly Kadai, slated for October 2025. Meanwhile, Mrunal Thakur is lined up for projects like Son of Sardar 2 and Dacoit: A Love Story, while Tamannaah awaits releases like Ranger and No Entry 2.
