A private bus collided with a high-end car belonging to Bollywood actor Shilpa Shirodkar in Mumbai’s Andheri (East) on Wednesday, causing significant damage but no injuries, police reported. The incident, which occurred in the absence of the 51-year-old former Bigg Boss contestant, left the rear of her vehicle with a dent and shattered glass, according to an official from the MIDC police station.

Shirodkar’s staff, who were in the car at the time, escaped unharmed. The actor expressed relief but voiced concern over the potential severity of the accident, stating on Instagram, “Thankfully, my staff is fine and unhurt, but anything could have happened.” She also thanked the Mumbai police for their assistance in promptly filing a complaint, while criticizing the bus company for refusing to accept responsibility.

A case has been registered at the MIDC police station, and an investigation is underway to determine the circumstances of the collision. Shirodkar shared images of the damaged car on social media, highlighting the impact of the crash. The incident has raised concerns about road safety and accountability in Mumbai’s bustling traffic environment.
