KTM has unveiled the 2027 KTM 450 Rally Replica, a limited-edition motorcycle inspired by the brand’s Dakar Rally-winning machines. With production capped at just over 100 units globally, the model brings race-proven engineering into a street-legal format, targeting enthusiasts and rally riders seeking a high-performance off-road machine with authentic motorsport pedigree.
The motorcycle will be produced at KTM’s motorsports facility in Austria, with deliveries expected to begin later this year. Due to its exclusivity, demand is anticipated to exceed supply, as seen with previous Rally Replica models. KTM has also introduced an even rarer Luciano Benavides Factory Edition, limited to just eight units, celebrating the rider’s 2026 Dakar Rally victory and featuring exclusive Red Bull KTM factory livery.
Designed to reflect its Dakar heritage, the KTM 450 Rally Replica incorporates several premium components, including carbon-fibre parts such as tank pads and protective elements, along with a numbered “LE” frame badge. It is equipped with a Selle Dalla Valle seat and Michelin rally tyres fitted with mousse inserts, enhancing durability and performance in extreme off-road conditions.

Powering the motorcycle is a 449.4 cc single-cylinder SOHC engine paired with a six-speed gearbox and rally-specific gearing. The setup includes a Brembo hydraulic clutch and a titanium Akrapovic exhaust system, aimed at improving performance and efficiency, although KTM has not disclosed official power figures. The engine and drivetrain are engineered to handle long-distance rally stages and demanding terrain.
The chassis features a hydro-formed, laser-cut, hand-welded steel trellis frame designed to balance rigidity and flexibility for improved rider feedback and stability. Additional components include dual radiators for efficient cooling, a CNC-machined triple clamp, tapered aluminium handlebars, and wide footpegs to enhance rider control during high-speed off-road riding.
Built for endurance and navigation, the bike comes with fully adjustable WP suspension offering 304 mm front travel and 280 mm rear travel. It also carries a total fuel capacity of 35 litres across three tanks, enabling long-range performance. A carbon-fibre navigation tower with a digital roadbook system further reinforces its rally-ready capabilities, while buyers of the Factory Edition will receive exclusive access to KTM’s 2026 Adventure Rally event in Italy, along with team support and special handover experiences.
