Kia India roared into the record books on November 1, 2025, posting its highest-ever monthly sales of 29,556 units in October — a blistering 30% surge from 22,735 units the previous year. The triumph underscores Kia's grip on India's booming SUV market, fueled by festive fervor and strategic pricing tweaks under recent GST reforms.
The Sonet compact SUV stole the spotlight, clocking an unprecedented 12,745 units — its best monthly haul ever — cementing its status as Kia's crown jewel. Close behind, the newly launched Carens Clavis (including its EV variant) tallied 8,779 units, while the Seltos delivered a solid 7,130 units, reflecting unrelenting demand for Kia's tech-packed crossovers.
Year-to-date, Kia has notched a 10% growth, dispatching 236,138 units through October 2025 versus 215,443 last year. The festive season supercharged this momentum, with consumer spending spikes and lower vehicle prices post-GST easing buyer wallets.
