Tamil Nadu Finance Minister Thangam Thenarasu is set to hand over a key memorandum outlining vital development projects for the state to Prime Minister Narendra Modi during his two-day visit to Tamil Nadu, the state government announced on Saturday.
The memorandum, approved by Chief Minister M.K. Stalin after detailed consultations with Chief Secretary N. Muruganandam, highlights several priority initiatives aimed at accelerating Tamil Nadu’s growth. DMK MP Kanimozhi and senior officials also participated in the discussions.
Due to his current hospitalization, CM Stalin entrusted the chief secretary to oversee the submission, with Finance Minister Thenarasu designated to personally present the memorandum to the Prime Minister.

PM Modi is scheduled to arrive in Tamil Nadu Saturday night, where the memorandum will be formally handed over.
