Former England captain Michael Vaughan has issued a warning to newly appointed Test head coach Stephen Fleming, saying the New Zealand great will not have an MS Dhoni-like figure to help manage the team during his tenure. Fleming, who built a highly successful partnership with Dhoni while coaching Chennai Super Kings (CSK) in the Indian Premier League, has taken charge of England's Test side with expectations of bringing stability and fresh ideas.
