State Bank of India (SBI), India’s largest banking and financial services organisation, is scheduled to announce its financial results for the third quarter ended December 31, 2025, on February 7, 2026. The bank confirmed the schedule through a filing with stock exchanges, noting that its Central Board will meet in Mumbai to consider the quarterly results along with other agenda items.
Following the results announcement, SBI will host an earnings call for analysts and institutional investors at 5:15 p.m. on February 7. The interaction will take place in person at the State Bank Bhavan Auditorium, Nariman Point, Mumbai, and will also be webcast live, providing a platform for detailed discussions on the bank’s performance and outlook.
SBI’s trading window for designated persons and their dependents has been closed since January 1, 2026, and will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of Q3 results. This ensures compliance with insider trading regulations while the market anticipates the financial update.

In the previous quarter, SBI reported a 10% year-on-year increase in standalone net profit to Rs 20,159.67 crore, supported partly by the sale of its Yes Bank stake, which added Rs 4,593 crore. Net interest income rose 3% to Rs 42,984.06 crore, while provisions increased nearly 20% to Rs 5,400 crore. Gross and net NPAs improved slightly, standing at 1.73% and 0.42%, respectively.
SBI shares have demonstrated strong performance in recent months, rising 6.66% over the last month and 33.96% over the last six months. The stock has a 52-week high of Rs 1,089.80 and a low of Rs 680. Year-to-date, the stock has gained 8.91%, reflecting positive investor sentiment ahead of the Q3 results.
With over 50 crore customers served through 23,085 branches, 63,580 ATMs, and 82,900 BC outlets, SBI’s quarterly performance is closely watched by investors and market analysts alike. The upcoming results and earnings call are expected to provide insights into the bank’s growth trajectory, risk management, and strategies in a rapidly evolving financial landscape.
