Royal Enfield recorded a strong performance in July 2026, reporting total motorcycle sales of 1,18,232 units, marking a 34 per cent increase compared to the same month last year. The company said the growth was primarily driven by robust demand in the domestic market, while exports also registered a modest increase. The latest figures reflect sustained consumer interest in the brand's expanding motorcycle portfolio across multiple segments.
Domestic sales accounted for the bulk of the company's performance, rising to 1,05,317 units in July from 76,254 units in July 2025. Exports also improved, reaching 12,915 units compared with 11,791 units during the corresponding month last year. While overseas shipments grew at a slower pace than domestic sales, the company maintained positive momentum across its international markets.
Royal Enfield also reported healthy year-to-date sales for the April-July period of the current financial year. Total sales during the four-month period stood at 4,48,659 motorcycles, representing a 27 per cent increase over the 3,53,573 units sold during the same period of the previous financial year. The figures indicate continued strength in demand despite varying market conditions.

During the April-July period, domestic sales climbed to 4,06,491 units, reflecting sustained growth in the Indian market. However, exports declined to 42,168 units from 48,540 units recorded during the corresponding period last year. The mixed performance suggests that while the company continues to strengthen its position in India, international sales remain comparatively subdued over the financial year to date.
Alongside its sales announcement, Royal Enfield highlighted the expansion of its electric mobility brand, Flying Flea, in Bengaluru. The company has added 10 new sales and service touchpoints following the launch of its first Flying Flea outlet in Jayanagar. The expansion is aimed at strengthening customer access and supporting the rollout of the Flying Flea C6 electric motorcycle as interest in electric mobility continues to grow.
The latest sales figures reinforce Royal Enfield's strong position in India's premium motorcycle segment while reflecting its broader strategy of expanding both conventional and electric offerings. With steady domestic demand, continued investments in retail infrastructure, and a growing focus on electric mobility, the company is looking to sustain its growth momentum in the coming months while strengthening its presence in domestic and global markets.
