A man died after falling from the 43rd floor of the Supernova complex in Sector 94, Noida, on Saturday, according to police. The incident took place at Spira Tower, part of the Supernova development, after the man had reportedly checked into an Airbnb in the building on Friday. Police identified the deceased as Sambhav Jain, a resident of Manesar in Haryana. An investigation into the circumstances surrounding the death is underway.

According to police, Jain was staying in an Airbnb at the highrise and was scheduled to check out around noon on Saturday. He reportedly went to the 43rd-floor area around the time he was due to leave the property and fell from the building. Police said he died at the scene after the fall. Officers reached the location after receiving information about the incident and began gathering details about the circumstances leading up to the death.

A video purportedly showing the incident has circulated, showing another person attempting to intervene and persuade Jain not to jump. The individual is seen trying to pull him away from the railing, but the attempt was unsuccessful. Police are examining the circumstances surrounding the incident, including what happened inside the building immediately before the fall and the sequence of events captured in the available footage.

Police also said Jain had contacted his father several times before the incident. The calls are among the details being examined as part of the investigation. The incident took place at Supernova, a major highrise development in Noida's Sector 94.
