A 42-year-old man was allegedly murdered by his wife’s lover, who later dumped the body near a bar in the city’s Bommasandra Industrial Area, police said. The incident has shocked local residents, with investigators revealing details of a planned crime that unfolded after the accused befriended the victim.
According to police officials, the accused, identified as Basudev Malik, was allegedly in a relationship with the victim’s wife, Pushpa. As part of the plan, Malik reportedly developed a friendship with the victim, Sunil Nayak, and gained his trust over time.
