Soha Ali Khan has once again captured the attention of fitness enthusiasts with a high-intensity workout routine that merges traditional strength training with survival-inspired drills. The actress, known for her disciplined fitness approach, shared a new Instagram video demonstrating a series of challenging exercises designed by her trainer. The routine not only pushed her physical limits but also showcased unique movements aimed at building agility, coordination, and endurance.
The session begins with a rolling core drill involving a weight plate, where Soha rolls across the floor, transitions smoothly into a plank, and then rotates to the opposite side. This complex movement targets the core, improves balance, and tests overall body control. She follows this with mountain climbers performed using the frame of a rowing machine, simulating the mechanics of scaling steep terrain while engaging the core and lower body.
Hanging ab exercises formed another key part of her routine. Soha maintained a firm grip on an overhead bar, raising and tucking her legs with controlled breathing. This powerful move works the abdominal muscles and enhances upper-body stability. She then shifted to a demanding box step and fast feet drill, where she lowered herself into a seated stance with hands in a Surya Namaskar pose before springing back to the starting position.

The actress also incorporated mindfulness into movement by balancing and catching a metal rod while walking—a drill that sharpens focus, hand-eye coordination, and reaction time. A wall push variation added another layer to her practice, involving alternating arm movements, knee bends, and touches to the floor to intensify the challenge and enhance mobility.
To round off the workout, Soha executed a rotational weight plate exercise, moving the plate around her head in controlled circles while maintaining steady hips. This movement improves shoulder mobility, neck stability, and upper-body strength. Reflecting her sense of humor amid the intensity, Soha captioned the post, “I think my trainer is confusing strength training with survival training!”
The actress’s innovative workout continues to inspire her followers, proving that fitness can evolve beyond standard routines into creative, dynamic training sessions that test both physical capability and mental resilience.
