Actor-author Soha Ali Khan is venturing into podcasting with her upcoming show, All About Her, set to premiere on YouTube this Friday. The podcast aims to be a comprehensive platform addressing women’s wellness, featuring a dynamic mix of celebrities like Kareena Kapoor Khan, Malaika Arora, Smriti Irani, and experts such as celebrity nutritionist Rujuta Diwekar. Khan’s goal is to normalize often-ignored women’s issues through candid, non-judgmental conversations.
In an exclusive interview with PTI, the Rang De Basanti star explained that All About Her seeks to leverage the influence of celebrities as role models to spark open discussions. “We emulate celebrities, and when they share openly, it encourages others to talk about these topics,” Khan said. The podcast will dive into subjects like IVF, nutrition, cancer, monogamy in long-term relationships, and the controversial rise of Ozempic as a weight-loss drug.
Khan, 46, revealed that the inspiration for the podcast stemmed from her personal experiences. “As a woman in my mid-40s, I’ve faced unsettling changes—hormonal, professional, and familial,” she shared. “Last year, I had enriching conversations with experts and friends, and I wanted to bring those insights to a wider audience.” The actor, married to Kunal Khemmu since 2015 and mother to their daughter, teased the inclusion of “two more family members” alongside Kareena, her sister-in-law, whom she praised for balancing career, family, and personal life.

What sets All About Her apart, Khan noted, is its blend of celebrity voices and expert insights, creating a safe space for dialogue. “It’s about conversing, not just speaking,” she said, contrasting her podcast with her previous ventures in acting and writing, including her book The Perils of Being Moderately Famous. Khan’s recent screen appearance was in the horror film Chhorii 2, and she is set to star in the upcoming thriller Bridge alongside Madhavan and Rashi Khanna.
With All About Her, Khan aims to foster awareness and empowerment, addressing women’s challenges through relatable and informed discussions, making it a must-watch for audiences seeking meaningful content.
