Lock Upp: Sach Ya Sazaa Season 2 has reached its grand finale, with Ram Kapoor, Shilpa Shinde, Shreya Kalra, Yogesh Rawat and Shivangi Joshi emerging as the five finalists. One of them will win the show’s trophy and prize money of ₹1 crore.

The reality show began streaming on Netflix India on June 27 with 15 contestants entering a jail-themed set for a six-week competition. Hosted by Farah Khan and Riteish Deshmukh, the season brought together actors, television personalities and other public figures for a format centred on personal revelations and survival tasks.

Each contestant entered the programme with three undisclosed personal secrets and was expected to acknowledge difficult experiences during the competition. The participants had to remain in the game through multiple challenges and eliminations, with only five contestants eventually securing their places in the finale.

The season featured several emotional and controversial moments. During the grand premiere, Gaurav Khanna’s wife announced their divorce, while Ram Kapoor claimed that his behaviour contributed to the conclusion of the television series Bade Achhe Lagte Hain. Shilpa Shinde also discussed her strained relationship with her family and her decision to leave Mumbai.

Harshad Chopda and Shreya Kalra shared accounts of experiencing sexual abuse during childhood, adding a deeply sensitive dimension to the programme. Their disclosures were among the season’s most serious moments and reflected the show’s broader focus on contestants confronting painful aspects of their personal histories.

Viewers can watch the Lock Upp 2 finale on Netflix India, at 8:00 PM IST. With the winner yet to be announced, attention remains focused on which of the five finalists will secure the ₹1 crore prize and lift the Lock Upp: Sach Ya Sazaa trophy.
