Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan marked his 83rd birthday, and actor Jackie Shroff paid a touching tribute to the legend with a heartfelt gesture. Shroff, who has shared the screen with Bachchan in films like Akayla, Kohram, and Agni Varsha, took to Instagram Stories to share a video montage celebrating the icon’s illustrious career. The montage featured vintage images from Bachchan’s iconic roles in films such as Deewar, Don, Coolie, Kabhi Kabhie, and The Great Gambler, showcasing his transformation from the “Angry Young Man” to Bollywood’s evergreen superstar.
Accompanying the nostalgic visuals, Shroff included the song Atrangi Yaari from the 2015 film Wazir, sung by Bachchan and Farhan Akhtar, and captioned the tribute with a simple yet profound message: “My Respects Always!” The gesture resonated with fans, highlighting the deep admiration Shroff holds for Bachchan, a towering figure in Indian cinema.
