Shahid Kapoor’s latest film Cocktail 2 continued its steady run at the Indian box office over its second weekend, maintaining consistent collections despite a gradual reduction in screen count. The romantic drama has now crossed the ₹80 crore mark in domestic earnings, signalling sustained audience interest beyond its opening week.
The film collected ₹4 crore on Friday, followed by ₹4.25 crore on Saturday and ₹4.40 crore on Sunday in its second weekend. With this, Cocktail 2 has taken its total India net collection to ₹83.15 crore, while its domestic gross stands at ₹99.25 crore. Including an overseas contribution of ₹27.60 crore, the film’s worldwide gross has reached ₹126.85 crore, reflecting a stable global performance.

The morning shows began at 15.31% occupancy, which improved significantly to 41.54% in the afternoon and peaked at 48.77% during evening screenings before settling at 26.85% at night. While weekday collections saw a natural dip, the film managed to stay afloat with consistent earnings, setting up a stable second-weekend performance that has helped push its overall total past the ₹83 crore mark.
Directed by Homi Adajania, Cocktail 2 serves as a spiritual sequel to the 2012 film Cocktail. The movie stars Shahid Kapoor, Kriti Sanon and Rashmika Mandanna in lead roles, exploring a complex love triangle involving long-term relationships, emotional conflict and shifting personal dynamics. With its ongoing box office run, the film continues to attract audiences across metros and smaller cities alike.
