TVS Motor has expanded its Marvel-themed motorcycle lineup with the launch of the new TVS Raider 125 Doctor Doom Edition. The special edition motorcycle has been introduced as part of the company’s Super Squad Edition range and carries a Marvel-inspired design based on the fictional character Doctor Doom. The TVS Raider 125 Doctor Doom Edition is priced at Rs 95,320 (ex-showroom, Delhi). The motorcycle will be available at authorised TVS dealerships across India in the coming weeks.
The launch continues TVS Motor’s collaboration with Marvel, which has previously resulted in special Raider 125 variants inspired by characters such as Black Panther, Captain America, Iron Man, Deadpool and Wolverine. The highlight of the new edition is its unique paint scheme inspired by Doctor Doom’s appearance in Marvel comics. TVS has introduced a Spectral Green colour finish, which changes its appearance depending on lighting conditions and viewing angles.
The company describes the finish as a multi-tone travel paint, with the motorcycle appearing green under direct light and shifting towards brown shades in different conditions. The Doctor Doom-inspired styling elements are visible across several parts of the motorcycle, including the front cowl, fuel tank extensions and rear panels. The green body colour is paired with black components to create a look inspired by the character’s metallic armour and cloak. Doctor Doom graphics have also been added to the fuel tank and side panels to distinguish the special edition from standard Raider 125 models.

Apart from the cosmetic updates, the motorcycle remains mechanically unchanged compared with other Raider 125 Super Squad Edition variants. It continues to use the same 124.8cc, single-cylinder engine with air and oil cooling technology. The three-valve engine produces 11.4 horsepower and 11.7 Nm of peak torque and comes paired with a five-speed gearbox. The Raider 125 is positioned by TVS as a sporty commuter motorcycle, combining everyday practicality with performance-oriented styling.
The Super Squad Edition range is aimed at buyers looking for a more distinctive design while retaining the same mechanical package offered in the standard model. The Marvel-themed editions have helped TVS add a lifestyle appeal to the Raider 125 lineup by attracting fans of superhero franchises. Rather than introducing performance changes, these special variants focus primarily on visual differentiation through unique colours, graphics and branding elements. The Doctor Doom Edition joins an expanding list of limited-style offerings from TVS that use popular entertainment properties to create exclusive variants.
The company has previously introduced similar designs based on Marvel characters, making the Raider 125 one of the few motorcycles in India to feature officially licensed superhero-themed editions. With the new variant, TVS continues to target younger motorcycle buyers who value styling and brand association alongside regular commuter features. The Doctor Doom Edition retains the same engine and equipment package while offering a refreshed appearance for customers seeking a more exclusive version of the Raider 125.
