OnePlus has officially announced that its new Turbo 6X series smartphones will debut in China on June 10, expanding the company’s mid-range portfolio with two new devices — the OnePlus Turbo 6X Pro and the standard OnePlus Turbo 6X. The launch event is scheduled to take place at 2:30 p.m. local time, and the company has already revealed several key specifications and design details ahead of the unveiling. The smartphones are expected to target consumers looking for premium features at competitive prices.
According to the company, the Turbo 6X series will start at CNY 1,500 (approximately Rs. 21,000), positioning it in the affordable performance smartphone segment. The OnePlus Turbo 6X Pro will be available in Prancing Black and Wishful Orange colour options, while the standard Turbo 6X will arrive in white, green, and black variants. One of the white models is expected to be marketed as the “White One,” highlighting its distinctive finish and design appeal.
The OnePlus Turbo 6X Pro is set to feature a dual rear camera setup led by a 50-megapixel primary sensor with optical image stabilisation (OIS). The camera system will support features such as Live Photos, Soft Light Portrait mode, and Film Filters. The handset will also sport a Samsung M14 display with 1.5K resolution and a peak brightness of up to 6,500 nits. Both smartphones in the series are expected to offer refresh rates of up to 144Hz, providing a smoother viewing and gaming experience.

Under the hood, the Turbo 6X Pro will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 Super chipset and run Android 16-based ColorOS 16. To maintain performance during intensive tasks, OnePlus has equipped the device with a vapour chamber cooling system. The smartphone will also feature a 360-degree surround antenna setup designed to improve network connectivity and signal stability across various usage scenarios.
Battery life is expected to be one of the major highlights of the Turbo 6X Pro. The device will pack a large 8,000mAh battery with support for 80W wired fast charging. OnePlus claims the handset can deliver up to 29 hours of video playback, eight hours of gaming, or 17 hours of navigation on a single charge. These figures position the smartphone among the highest-capacity battery devices in its segment.
In addition to performance and battery improvements, the company has emphasized durability. The OnePlus Turbo 6X Pro is claimed to carry IP66, IP68, IP69, and IP69K ratings for dust and water resistance, offering enhanced protection against harsh environmental conditions. With its combination of a high-refresh-rate display, powerful processor, advanced durability features, and large battery, the Turbo 6X series is expected to strengthen OnePlus’ presence in China’s highly competitive smartphone market.
