Vivo has revealed the design and colour options of its upcoming X500 smartphone ahead of its official launch in China on September 21. The standard model will debut alongside the Vivo X500 Pro and X500 Pro Max, with the company gradually disclosing details about the new lineup before the launch.
The Vivo X500 will feature a large circular camera unit positioned toward the upper-left portion of the rear panel. The camera system is housed within a raised rectangular section, giving the standard model a distinct appearance. The X500 Pro and X500 Pro Max are expected to adopt larger, centrally positioned circular camera modules, setting them apart from the standard version.
Vivo has revealed four colour options for the X500, including white, grey, Dawn, described as a light pink shade, and black. Official images released by the company have provided a look at the different finishes and the phone's overall rear design ahead of the China launch.

In terms of specifications, the X500 is expected to feature a 6.59-inch display with a 144Hz refresh rate and could be powered by MediaTek's Dimensity 9600 chipset. These specifications have been reported by PhoneDroid but have not yet been officially confirmed by Vivo. The company, however, has confirmed key details about the phone's camera hardware.
The Vivo X500 will feature a 50-megapixel Sony LYTIA-828 primary camera and a 64-megapixel Sony LYTIA-610 telephoto camera. It is also expected to include a 50-megapixel ultra-wide camera, according to Gadgets360. The combination suggests that cameras will remain a major focus of the X500 series, although further details are expected at the launch.
Vivo has not announced the official price of the X500 for either China or India. Beebom currently estimates the Indian price at Rs 59,999, but this figure is not confirmed by the company. With the X500 series scheduled to launch in China on September 21, Vivo is expected to reveal the remaining specifications, pricing and availability details around the launch.
