Chinese technology brand TECNO unveiled three new AIoT devices at Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2026: the MEGAPAD 2 tablet, Watch GT 1S smartwatch, and FreeHear 2 open-ear earbuds. The announcements highlight TECNO's push toward an interconnected ecosystem powered by the new OneLeap platform, which enables seamless collaboration across smartphones, tablets, PCs, and wearables.
The TECNO MEGAPAD 2 is positioned as a mid-range AI tablet suited for entertainment, education, and family use. It features an 11-inch 2.5K resolution display with a 90Hz refresh rate and TÜV Low Blue Light certification for eye comfort. The device boasts a slim 6.6mm body and runs on TECNO's HiOS operating system. Key AI enhancements include Problem Solving for independent learning with parental guidance, real-time Translation supporting up to 140 languages across various media, and tools for document summarization and writing refinement. OneLeap integration allows file sharing and PC screen extension for enhanced productivity.
The TECNO Watch GT 1S serves as the flagship smartwatch in the lineup, emphasizing precision tracking, comprehensive health monitoring, and reliability for active users. It incorporates advanced features such as high-precision GPS positioning with support for global satellite systems, AI-generated watch faces, and extended battery life—up to 15 days based on lab tests. Additional capabilities include Bluetooth calling, water resistance, and detailed fitness insights, making it a versatile companion for daily wear and sports activities.

The TECNO FreeHear 2 introduces open-ear audio design, prioritizing awareness of surroundings while delivering sound.
