The Bihar Assembly descended into chaos on Wednesday, leading to an adjournment until 2 PM after a fiery exchange between Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and Leader of the Opposition Tejashwi Yadav.
The uproar erupted when Yadav addressed the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls, prompting a sharp rebuke from Kumar, who remarked, "Only three days of this session are left. You should say whatever you wish during elections."
The confrontation escalated into a heated clash between the ruling and opposition sides, plunging the House into turmoil. Speaker Nand Kishor Yadav, unable to restore order, adjourned the proceedings, highlighting the intensifying political tensions over the SIR issue.
