Prime Minister Narendra Modi hosted a grand dinner for NDA MPs on Thursday evening at 7 PM at Lok Kalyan Marg, sharing his vision for collaborative governance and national development. The event was described as both a strategic interaction and a celebration of the NDA’s sweeping victory in the Bihar Assembly elections.
PM Modi highlighted the importance of a united approach, stating that the NDA family embodies a shared commitment to good governance, regional aspirations, and national progress. Attendees said the Prime Minister encouraged MPs to actively participate in strengthening India’s development trajectory in the coming years.
The dinner came in the backdrop of Modi’s recent address to the NDA Parliamentary Party, where he emphasized the need to accelerate the government’s “Reforms Express.” He underscored that reforms should be people-centric, enhancing ease of living, and not merely confined to economic measures.

The evening was carefully designed to foster interaction and dialogue. Union Ministers were seated at each of the 54 tables, which hosted eight MPs each, combining BJP and alliance representatives. PM Modi personally moved from table to table, spending time with MPs, a gesture that many described as warm and memorable.
Originally planned during the previous Parliament session, the dinner was postponed due to the devastating floods in Punjab. This week, with arrangements revived, the event saw full attendance from all NDA MPs, reflecting the alliance’s solidarity and enthusiasm. Senior Union Ministers coordinated with regional NDA MPs to ensure smooth arrangements for the evening.
The gathering not only served as a platform for strategic discussions but also as a celebration of the NDA’s electoral success, particularly in Bihar, where the alliance secured 202 of 243 seats. Leaders at the event described it as a moment of camaraderie, inspiration, and reaffirmation of collective commitment toward India’s growth story.
