Justice MS Ramachandra Rao was sworn in as the new Chief Justice of the Tripura High Court on Tuesday in a dignified ceremony held at the Raj Bhavan’s Durbar Hall.
The oath of office and secrecy was administered by Tripura Governor N Indrasena Reddy, in the presence of Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha, several cabinet ministers, senior judges, and officials of the state judiciary and administration.
Justice Rao, known for his deep legal acumen and decades of judicial experience, takes over from Justice Aparesh Kumar Singh, who has been transferred to assume charge as the Chief Justice of the Telangana High Court.
