In a landmark move set to revolutionize cancer treatment in India, Kolhapur Cancer Centre (KCC) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the renowned Cancer Centers of America (CCA), opening doors to global collaboration and cutting-edge medical expertise.
The agreement was signed at the KCC campus by Dr. Suraj Pawar, Chairman and Managing Director of KCC, and Rajesh Manthena, Executive Director and Chief Development Officer of CCA. This strategic partnership is expected to enhance the quality, accessibility, and technological edge of cancer care not only for Indian patients but also for international medical travelers.
With an impressive track record of treating over 50,000 patients across Western Maharashtra, Karnataka, and Goa, KCC caught the attention of CCA, known worldwide for its innovation and excellence in oncology. The collaboration aims to merge international standards with localized care, offering advanced treatment protocols, expert training, and patient-focused services.
