A tragic road accident in Uttar Pradesh’s Shahjahanpur district claimed the lives of a 35-year-old man and his 15-year-old son, intensifying concerns over road safety in the region. The fatal collision occurred near Jamuka village on the Lucknow-Bareilly highway early Monday morning when the family vehicle collided with a stationary truck on the roadside.
Sources reported that the impact of the crash was severe enough to cause the car to break apart, leaving little chance of survival for those onboard. The victims were on their way to Nainital at the time of the accident. Emergency services rushed the injured to a nearby medical facility, but both the father and son succumbed to their injuries at the scene.
