Valued at approximately ₹40.12 lakhs inclusive of taxes, the 90-day project carries ₹80,244 EMD and ₹5,900 tender fee, emphasizing DMRC's oversight on software development while hardware like servers procures separately. BMRCL, operational since 2011 with 96km across Purple and Green lines, taps DMRC's 353km network experience since 2002 for maintenance optimization.
The IDMS platform covers preventive and corrective maintenance modules for Operation & Maintenance (O&M) assets, plus routine operations facilitation, customized post-DMRC-BMRCL consultations. DMRC's 20+ years domain knowledge and software prowess position it as pioneer, delivering bespoke solutions without full hardware bundling. This collaboration addresses BMRCL's expansion needs amid Phase 3 works and recent Green Line Tumakuru DPR tender.
DMRC assumes overall responsibility for system integration, drawing from its proven IDMS deployment across Delhi's vast network handling daily ridership spikes. BMRCL officials highlighted DMRC's edge in metro-specific software, ensuring seamless asset tracking from tracks to rolling stock. Bid validity spans 120 days, targeting firms with proven metro IT integration.
